As consultants, we support companies in adapting their development processes to ASPICE requirements and achieving certification. From process analysis and evaluation to process optimization, coaching, and support with assessments and audits—4ACES accompanies companies every step of the way! The biggest challenge is always getting people to accept the new processes, but with the right communication, even the most skeptical folks can be won over. It's a challenging but rewarding job that has a big impact on the quality of vehicle development.

Successful projects require a clear roadmap and professional processes and structures.
As part of my responsibilities as a manager, I am involved in the strategic development of 4ACES and the project management of client projects. A successful project depends heavily on a good team composition and a clear roadmap. Creating all the necessary conditions requires the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics. Goal-oriented communication on an equal footing with clients and other stakeholders is also always exciting. The flexibility and interdisciplinary topics at 4ACES enable me to continuously develop myself further. You are always encouraged and challenged. That is what I was looking for and what I have found in the multifaceted internal and external projects.

"Intent becomes impact: the SustainAlyzer makes sustainability operational."
Sustainability doesn't happen in a PDF, but in the process. With the SustainAlyzer we developed, I translate CSRD/ESRS requirements and EcoVadis criteria into clearly structured processes: templates, evidence roadmaps, roles/RACI, fixed cadences. Everything teams need to deliver consistently. This turns double materiality, guidelines, and key figures into a robust disclosure operation that passes audits and enables decisions. I am driven by organizing complexity and empowering people to take action. In projects, I work with specialist departments (including operations, HR, occupational safety, purchasing/quality) to build bridges between strategy and implementation: evidence management, training, audit readiness – pragmatic, measurable, repeatable. Where SustainAlyzer is at work, individual initiatives come together to form a system: less friction, more transparency, and a sustainable standard that is part of everyday business.

For the most part, it is the combination of technical expertise and agile project management that ensures the significant increase in complexity of development projects and their requirements can be managed efficiently and successfully. The diversity and challenges I face in both a business and operational capacity make the scope for creating solutions very attractive. My motivation for the future is my sense of responsibility to channel the expertise of the collective in challenging times and thus transform complexity into the perception of opportunities.

"Gaining clarity in complex project landscapes"
I optimize product development processes for my customers. To do this, I immerse myself in the development processes and data flows, advise customers on process improvements, and support departments in developing and implementing optimization measures and documentation. This requires methodological knowledge, process knowledge, and strong communication skills. And to this end, I am getting to know my customers' development processes better and better every week.

Efficiency meets expertise—efficient committees, strong decisions
We are the first point of contact for our clients when it comes to coordinating committees. Our committee management services cover the organization and administration of all types of meetings, from working groups to management meetings with up to 60 participants. We focus on the planning, implementation, and monitoring of these meetings, as well as the documentation of decisions and the promotion of cooperation between members. Efficient committee management ensures that discussions are focused, decisions are made in a timely manner, and resources are used optimally. Every day, our skills such as patience, empathy, and assertiveness are in demand.
