We are involved in a large variety of projects and thus our tasks are equally varied. As the assistant to the management, your job is to proactively support the day to day business, in addition to administrative and organizational matters. Your main responsibilities, among others, are the coordination, and preparation and debriefing of (customer) meetings, supporting management with a variety of tasks related to project management, and taking charge of specific tasks. You will be involved in current and new customer projects and will actively work with both our project teams and management.
We are looking for individuals with personality. Apart from a completed degree or commercial training, we are looking for creativity and good communication skills. Ideally, you have multiple years’ experience in administrative roles, but applicants from other areas are also valued. You should have exceptional analytical skills and apply them in a goal-oriented and diligent manner. You should also be an outstanding organizer and be ready to quickly work yourself into new fields. Ideally, you have already been in contact with classical and agile project management methods and can apply them in practice. If you don’t easily get perturbed and keep a cool head even in difficult situations, then you are the right candidate for us.
