After the onboarding process, you will take over responsibility for your own projects and take on the operative leadership role of the respective project team. Within the project realization, you will carry the overall responsibility for finding the optimal solution, balancing quality, cost, and time. Your job involves efficient planning and implementation work, as well as the management of your projects.
Besides your finished degree with a business or technical background (Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Vehicle Technology, Computer Science etc.) we are looking for individuals that take on responsibility and work as a team player - leadership by competence. As the team motivator you take the lead and are a role model for others by showing engagement and a sense of responsibility. As an ideal applicant you combine customer focus, strong communication skills, as well as showing attention to business consideration. A technical know-how is also desirable for the position. Ideally, you already have experience from a couple of projects that you have successfully led in your career, and are able to acquire new, interesting projects (business development). A mastering of project management methods would nicely complete your profile.
