For external parties, we offer our whistleblower system as an opportunity to inform us about possible violations of legal regulations and to contribute to clarification. Compliance with the law is a top priority for 4ACES. We identify illegal behavior at an early stage in order to take appropriate measures and prevent possible damage to business partners, employees and 4ACES. The whistleblower system has been established in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive and national regulations to protect and encourage whistleblowers. This anonymous reporting channel ensures secure transmission of tips and non-traceability of whistleblowers, unless you specifically request otherwise.

There are many points of contact for our employees. They can contact their superiors, the management or internal persons of trust.
