Besides having completed degree (business administration, economics, industrial engineering, psychology or equivalent), we are looking for individuals that are assertive and have strong communication skills. You should be capable of a methodical application of your knowledge and are able to do so to solve complex problems. In addition, you can think outside the box. Concepts such as SCRUM, OKR, and SAFe should ideally be familiar to you, and you work conscientiously in a goal-oriented manner. You also ideally have experience within the automotive industry and/or business consulting.
