4ACES Mentoring has been introduced in summer 2023 and offers new employees a quick and easy start. It is mainly focused on young professionals and career changers and their support within the company. Our experienced employees (mentors) accompany the new employees (mentees) for their first months at 4ACES and share knowledge and experience with them. The goal is to strenghen the identification with the company and to share the 4ACES culture.
